The house call
Most of it is not junk until somebody has to move it.
A garage fills up over eleven years, not in a weekend. Whatever is in there now, you do not have to drag it to the kerb first. We remove from inside or outside, anywhere on the property we can reasonably get to.

Almost everything goes. It is shorter and more honest to tell you the exceptions up front than to find them on the day.
We recycle what can be recycled and, with your say-so, usable items go to a local charity. The rest goes to the landfill, which charges us to take it.

No. We remove unwanted junk and debris from inside or outside your home or business, anywhere on the property we can reasonably access. You point at it, we carry it.
We recycle whenever possible to keep material out of the landfill, and usable items can be donated to a local charity. What is left goes to the landfill, which charges us a dumping fee. That is part of what the service fee covers.
Yes, and we dismantle them on site rather than asking you to break them down first. Hot tubs get broken down, hauled, and disposed of complete. Above-ground pools at the end of their life get the structure dismantled, the materials loaded, and the area cleared.
Yes. We handle mobile home demolition, storage unit demolition, whole-house demolition, and interior work like bringing down an adjoining or heavy outside wall. We work around electrical, water, and gas lines rather than through them.
